Cancellation Policy

Mobile Cart Booking Policy To secure your date and time for our Mobile Cart Experience, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit goes toward your total event balance and confirms your reservation on our calendar. Deposit & Payment A non-refundable deposit is required to book and hold your event date. The remaining balance must be paid in full one month prior to your event date. Bookings are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received. Contract Agreement After your deposit has been submitted, a service agreement/contract will be sent electronically. The contract must be signed within 48 hours to finalize your booking. Failure to sign the contract within the required timeframe may result in cancellation of your reserved date. Cancellations All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation reason. If you choose to cancel your event, any payments made beyond the deposit may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Rescheduling We will do our best to accommodate date changes if requested at least 30 days in advance, subject to availability. Rescheduled events must occur within 1 month of the original date. Travel & Event Requirements Travel fees may apply depending on location and will be discussed at the time of booking. Adequate setup space and access are required for the mobile cart experience. Weather Policy (if applicable for outdoor events) In the case of unsafe weather conditions for outdoor events, we will work with you to reschedule based on availability. By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these booking terms.
